Cangkat Hartamas vs NS Matrix (95-105)
After going against GoStrong yesterday, Cangkat Hartamas’ came in hot and took the lead on the first quarter. Although NS Matrix was only trailing by 3 point, Cangkat Hartamas was in high spirits thanks to their young guards, Jamil and Zhong Ji by splitting the defense.
Matrix came back in a vengeance in the 2nd quarter – with Ting Chun Hong firing off barrages of 3s and grabbing all the rebounds. After some cold shooting from Captain Clutch, Yi Hou – He went into the zones and drain FIVE 3 point shots in a mere couple of minutes.
Cangkat came close in the final quarter but unable to finish and capitalize the moment when Matrix dominates the court with ball movement and deeper rotation. In the end, Matrix remained undefeated throughout the group stage.

NS Matrix vs MKYC Dragons (89-56)
NS Matrix schooled MKYC Dragons in all quarters – having outgunned and outrun by Matrix. MKYC tries to penetrate the Matrix defense but no avail they had too many turnovers through out the whole game.
It was a very one-sided game indeed – Matrix finally puts the final nail in the coffin when MKYC were running on fumes. Having no chance of scoring for almost 3 minutes in the final quarter – Matrix snatched the W and finishing as top of the group stage.

Segamat BA vs Everest Group (55-79)
Both teams were on each other’s neck for the whole 3 quarters. Trading blows among their key players, Pei Jie and Rynn Lee put on a show. After trading blows for almost 3 quarters, Kiki, Chah Yee and Ang Hui Yi from Everest took over the game and extended the lead to 51-41 into the end of 3rd quarter.
With only 1 quarter left to play – Segamat BA went all out into the paint and tried to secure easy buckets. However, Everest’s tight defend wrecked Segamat’s plan and forces too many turnovers. Everest took this opportunity attacked the paint to secure the W for the team.

Red Baron vs Penang Stallion (105-55)
Penang Stallions were still searching for their first W – Winning Red Baron will definitely put them in a better position. Sharing the same fate with Miri Kinsar at the moment, Penang Stallion will need this win.
Not if Red Baron had something to say about this – what started as a domination show by Red Baron become a lesson for Penang Stallion that they will never forget.
Penang Stallion consisted of players under the development team – having one goal and only one goal in mind, gaining experience for their younger players while they can.
This was a development project and this was a battlefield for the team to open their eyes with how best of the best really plays. Despite the huge lead from the start – Penang Stallion never gave up, keeping the ball movement smooth and crisp up all the way until the 3rd quarter.
It was a game for Red Barons to win.
