MCKK vs Indonesia IPH
It was a close game until MCKK managed to take over the lead in quarter 4 and went ahead with 12 points. In the last minute of the game, the score was 63 – 60, which MCKK was leading by 3 points, despite IPH’s dominance on quarter 4 – MCKK still managed to held on and advanced themselves to the Plate Finals.
JMM KBC vs Philippines EVBL
Philippines EVBL had a tough time going against JMM KBC’s firepower. JMM KBC extended their lead to 20 points at the end of the quarter and swap up rosters to tire up Philippines EVBL’s line up.
Despite EVBL’s effort to close the gap, JMM KBC managed to repel their attacks and win the game trailing by 16 points.
Canada Crossover vs SMK BU3
After SMK BU3’s defeat to SEQ Cougars, SMK BU3 came in strong and discipline, Lim Ting Xuan of BU3 played a magnificent game in both defense and offense.
This is not an easy win for Canada and this is the toughest game they have ever encounter in the IHSBC 2019. But they managed to pull through against a completely rejuvenated BU3 team. They are more disciplined, fast and vicious. The game was on the edge of the seat and Canada has no way to blew the lead for more than 6 points. It was one of the best game in IHSBC 2019.
AFF vs NS MATRIX
We have real showdown between Selangor and NS Matrix a rematch of the U17 and U15 Lam Mun Chak Cup 2019. Both teams were quite close until quarter 2 when No.5 of the AFF, Yap Jin Cheng breaks apart NS MATRIX defense with playmaking abilities and superb defense. AFF was leading by 16 points until NS Matrix flipped their switch by playing the game carefully and capitalizing on AFF’s mistakes.
Raining 3’s from NS Matrix and No,17, Damian Ghai magnificent defensive rebound and scoring managed to close the game at quarter 4. After a series of mispass from the sideline on AFF, NS Matrix got a hold of the ball and was fouled to the free throw line with 7.5 seconds left at the clock remaining.
NS Matrix missed both free throws but they picked up the offensive rebound, puts it in and we have our first overtime game in IHSBC 2019.
Since Ong Jun Long of AFF was fouled out in the 4th quarter – Matrix dominated under the paint and advanced themselves into the Championship Finals
