Welcome to Day 5 of the International High School Basketball 2019. In today’s games we have Indonesia Elites still trying to find a win, Philippines EVBL finally got their first win, and SEQ Cougars fell to Canada Crossover
Indonesia Elite Vs MCKK
MCKK had some difficultly trying to find their form. Struggling to find their form and reducing their turnovers, MCKK finally get a grip of things in quarter 3.
Indonesia Elite finally crumbled after MCKK regained their composure. Up till date, Indonesia Elite has yet to win any game.
Philippines EVBL vs Shooting Star
This game always close. Shooting Star has always been leading 2 to 4 points up until the end of the quarter, EVBL strikes back in the final minute of the game and made a come back. Shooting Star had also yet to win in this championship.
Canada Crossover vs SEQ Cougars
This is the game that we are waiting for. Canada took the lead swiftly and came in strong with high flying lay ups. Australia tried to muscle their way through under the paint but Canada defense is just too good to get through.
In the end of the 2nd quarter, Canada manage to widen the lead of 20 points and things start to go under for SEQ Cougars. Australia has no answer for the relentless and quick offense from Canada. It is an easy win for Canada at this point of the game.
PREMIER vs NS MATRIX
PREMIER faces another tough opponent in this game. NS Matrix we knew has always been swift and brutal in terms of running down their opponents.
The difference between both team became apparent when it hits end of Quarter 2. PREMIER tried their best in getting closed to NS MATRIX but PREMIER has too much on their plate to handle.
And that’s the end of the game. Here are the results for Day 5
