Indonesia IPH vs Indonesia Elites
For our first game, we have our very own two Indonesia teams going against each other, IPH and Elites. IPH had this in their pocket in the beginning. Elites put a short fight but in the end succumb to IPH constant fast break pressure.
Elite was totally cool about this and we had a word with the coach, Ari Adiska, but we will be putting in the video in a couple of hours.
Shooting Star vs JMM KBC
KBC dominated the game as soon as it’s starts. Flashy plays from the Kemuning boys destroyed Shooting Star at the end of 2nd quarter. Shooting Star tried to close the gap but KBC just continued with the relentless attack and they won the game in the end.
Australia SEQ Cougar vs SMK BU3
It is one of the most anticipated basketball high school game ever. SMK BU3 are the defending champions of U16 category for Gatorade High School Basketball in Kuala Lumpur. So, seeing them going against a foreign team will always be exciting.
It was a good watch and the games were quite even until Ting Xuan went into an early foul trouble with having 4 fouls in the start of the 2nd quarter.
Fearing of losing BU3’s main pillar, Ting Xuan was kept in the court in a very passive display.
The SEQ Cougars took this opportunity to widen the gap and BU3 were forced to play a 3 point play-style but it was not enough. Ting Xuan was later fouled out in the 4th quarter and the head coach of SEQ Cougar, Brad Sibraa got ejected out of the court due to an argument with the referees and was given two technical fouls. This is how BU3, the best high school team in Kuala Lumpur suffered their first loss in International High School Basketball.
PREMIER VS AFF
AFF was not up to it’s form today, unlike the previous game against the Cougars, AFF had some troubled kick-starting their engine. PREMIER tried to take advantage of the situation but scored too little on the 1st half.
On the 2nd half, AFF flipped their switched and blew the lead by sinking 20 points between each quarters. PREMIER lost the game.
And here are today’s Day 4 Results
